Indian Institute of Forest Management PGDFM Admissions Process:

Indian Institute of Forest Management (IIFM) offers Post Graduation Diploma in Forest Management. Admission to PGDFM will be done based on the candidates' score in XAT or CAT and will appear for the counseling process to verify documents. The candidates will confirm the admissions only after the fee payment and document verification in the counseling process.

Graduation degree passed with at least 50% aggregate followed by CAT/XAT + GD + PI +MP.

PGDFM Selection Process:

PGDFM admissions to the Indian Institute of Forest Management, the CAT and XAT score will be considered the main test conducted for management studies. Candidates will have to appear for either of these exams mandatorily.

The shortlisted candidates will have to go through the indigenous admissions process with group discussion, personal interview, and Micro presentation.

Basic Eligibility: Graduation degree passed with a minimum 50% aggregate and should have qualified XAT or CAT securing minimum cut-off marks.

The final Selection of candidates will be made according to their performance in written tests, personal interviews, and group discussions conducted by the institute.

Indian Institute of Forest Management offers 5% relaxation to the candidates belonging to reserved categories.

  • Candidates wishing to take admission will have to apply for CAT or XAT exam through their official websites, which will make the admissions for PGDFM admissions.
  • IIFM application process will be carried out online. Candidates must follow these steps after applying for the CAT or XAT exam.
  • Visit the IIFM official website and click on the “Admission” link.
  • The application form should be duly filled out and submitted by paying the application fee of INR 1000 through net banking, credit, or debit card.
  • The application fee can also be paid through a Demand Draft of INR 1000.
