The AACSB, SAQS, and NBA have given the Jagdish Sheth School of Management (formerly known as the IFIM Business School) their seals of approval, along with the AICTE and AIU accreditation. 2 campuses comprise the JAGSOM, one in Mumbai and the other in Bangalore.  The College offers admission to the management programs as PGDM (General) for 2 years, accredited by AICTE, SAQS, and AACSB. Students willing to apply for JAGSOM Bangalore Admission must satisfy the eligibility needs defined by the College. At first, applicants are required to fill out the application form and submit the scorecards of any qualified national/state-level aptitude test. It accepts valid CAT, NMAT, XAT, MAT, GMAT, CMAT, KPGCET, KMAT, or SNAP scores. Additionally, students must satisfy the JAGSOM Bangalore cutoff criteria. After that, applicants will be shortlisted. Later, they must participate in further selection rounds.

 JAGSOM PGDM Eligibility

• A bachelor's degree from a reputable institute or university with an overall minimum average of 50% (45% for SC/ST candidates) is required.
• Two years of professional Experience are required of candidates.
• Candidates must have a CAT, GMAT, CMAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, NMAT, or equal exam scorecard.

JAGSOM Selection Criteria

In addition to the candidates' entrance test scores and professional Experience, JAGSoM considers their innovation power, solution display, and value fit for admission into its PGDM/MBA program. Therefore, all shortlisted candidates must participate in the selection process, which consists of the following elements, to be considered for the 2- year full-time PGDM/MBA program at JAGSoM:

• JAGMAT: English Language Proficiency (ELP), Quantitative Aptitude (QA), and Logical Reasoning are the sections of the JAGSoM Management Aptitude Test (JAGMAT), which is an aptitude test (LR). Each section will carry 25 points, for a total of 75 points. There won't be any failing grades. The examination will last 90 minutes. 40% is a compulsory requirement in JAGMAT to be eligible for admission.
• Group Exercise (GE): Group activities lasting 30 minutes in which applicants are selected based on how they will approach finding a suitable solution to a particular challenge.
• Personal Interview (PI): A 30-minute interview to determine a candidate's fit with the organization's values. There are three panelists in total for this round.
• Academic Record: Assessment of a candidate's consistency in the classroom, as measured by the proportion of marks earned beginning in class X.
• Job Experience (if any): During the final selection process, candidates with prior relevant work experience will be given a benefit.

How to apply for JAGSOM Bangalore?

The mode of the JAGSOM Bangalore application form-filling process is online. Applicants can access the forms through the website. Candidates must adhere to certain fundamental procedures to apply to JAGSOM:

• Step 1 Open the "admission" tab on the upper right corner of the screen by going to the official JAGSOM website, jagsom.com.
• Step 2: Students who wish to enroll in the Institute's PGDM programs must take the JAGSoM Management Aptitude Test (JAGMAT). No applicant will be chosen without this exam. It is a 75-point aptitude test. The length of the examination is 90 minutes.
• Step 3: A group activity: A 30-minute group exercise is undertaken to gauge each Candidate's approachability in groups of six to eight candidates. Candidates selected for this admission round can show up based on their entrance results.
• Step 4: There are two rounds of interviews at the Institute. The shoulder batchmates will be the first interviewees. A second PI is held to determine whether the Candidate's values align with the Institute's. The panel for this interview round will consist of three panelists (1 Faculty Member, 1 Industry Expert, and 1 Alumnus).
• STEP 5: Payment of Admission Fee & Confirmation. Candidates are chosen based on the student's performance during the admissions process. By paying the entry costs, the chosen students can secure their seats.
