Government Medical College Jammu Admission

Government Medical College provides MBBS UG courses with a duration of 4.5 years and one year of internship, and PG courses like MS with two years, MD with three years of the term, and Diploma with two years of duration.

Minimum eligibility and admission criteria for MBBS:

• The student must have passed the 10+2 examination with a minimum of 50% of marks with PCB/Biotech as subjects and 40% for SC and ST category students from a recognized board to be eligible for MBBS in GMC Jammu.
• The selection of candidates is based on the marks scored in the NEET UG entrance exam.

• Students must have a bachelor’s degree in medicine (MBBS) to be eligible for these courses.
