Government College of Engineering Satara (GCES) was started in 1960 and is located in Satara, Maharashtra. The College is approved under AICTE, Accredited NBA, and affiliated with Shivaji University. The College was founded to impart appropriate value-based technical education for the rural candidates and tribal areas of Maharashtra. The GCEK offers UG Course BE/B Tech and PG Course ME/M Tech & MCA and a doctoral program in Ph.D. Course.

Government College of Engineering, Satara offers UG Course BE/B Tech in 5 specializations for 4 years. Candidates must qualify for the 10+2 Examination with 50% aggregate marks (45% Reserved Category) and must secure a valid score in JEE Main Entrance Exam. Based on the Merit list, Seats will be allocated.

GCES ME/M Tech Admission Process

Government College of Engineering Satara offers PG Program ME/M Tech 8 Specializations. Candidates must be qualified in Bachelor's Degree BE/B Tech with 60% aggregate marks and must obtain a valid score in the GATE entrance exam organized under IITs. Reservations will be made according to the rules & regulations of the Indian Government, and DTE will allocate Seats through, Centralized allotment procedure.

GCES MCA Admission Process

Government College of Engineering Satara offers PG Course MCA. The admission procedure will be based on the candidate's marks in the 10+2 Exam. In addition, candidates must secure a minimum of 60% aggregate marks, and the selection of the candidates will be based on merit.

GCES Ph.D. Admission Process

Government College of Engineering offers Ph.D. Course in Civil, Mechanical, and Structural Engineering. Candidates must qualify for a Master's Degree/MPhil with 60% aggregate marks and must secure a valid score in GATE Entrance Exam. Application Process for JEE/GATE Entrance Exam: Notification will be declared by IIT that the application form will be released. Application fees are INR 700 for general categories and INR 500 for reserved categories.
