• Candidates for undergraduate courses such as BCA, B.Sc., and BBA will be chosen based on merit.
• At admission, reserved category students will receive a 5% mark relaxation.
• A person who wishes to apply for a postgraduate course such as MBA must have passed the CAT, MAT, XAT, or CMAT entrance exams.
• The entrance examination score is used to determine admission to the MCA program. Candidates interested in pursuing an MCA lateral must enrol in the college in two stages: the third and fifth semesters.
• Ducat Institute of Professional Studies admission to UG courses is based on merit, while PG courses' admission is based on the entrance. Candidates may apply for admission to their desired courses by filling out an online application.
• To be eligible, candidates must pass all subjects on the qualification examination. The entrance examination score is the sole criterion for admission.
• Those who have completed a polytechnic or ITI diploma are eligible for Lateral Entry into all relevant courses.
• Entrance tests are used to make all decisions. Candidates for Lateral Entry are chosen based on merit, provided they meet all of the course's eligibility requirements.
• Candidates in the management/NRI quota are eligible for direct admission to the Ducat Institute of Professional Studies based on their qualification exam performance.

Ducat Institute of Professional Studies Application Process

The DUCAT Institute of Professional Studies only accepts applications from qualified candidates through the offline mode. Prospective candidates may pay the prescribed application fee at the DUCAT campus and buy the application form and prospectus.

• Before filling out the application form, candidates must carefully read all the instructions.
• They must appropriately fill out all required information. False/inconsistent information may result in the admission being revoked.
• Students must only provide the most up-to-date contact information, such as phone numbers and email addresses. All communications from the institute will be done through these channels.
• At the allocated space, they must sign the Anti-Ragging Undertaking.
• The completed application form and self-attested photocopies of all educational documents, including 10, 12, and Graduation (for PG candidates) mark sheets and passing certificates, must be attached.
• Candidates must provide additional documents like a character certificate, medical fitness certificate, and migration certificate at admission.
