Chetana College MBA/MMS Eligibility Criteria

  1. Educational Qualification:
  • Graduated with at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% for backward class candidates from Maharashtra state only) in a Bachelor's Degree program lasting at least 3 years, regardless of the discipline.
  • Alternatively, candidates who have appeared for the final year examination of a Bachelor's Degree program lasting at least 3 years in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities are also eligible.
  1. Entrance Exam:
  • Candidates should have appeared for the competent authority's Common Entrance Test (MAH-MBA/MMS-CET).
  • Alternatively, candidates who have appeared for any other examination like CAT, MAT, or CMAT, as mandated by the competent authority, are also considered.

CRKIMR Mumbai Admission Process for MMS

The institute's Chetana College MBA admission process is overseen by the Admission Regulating Authority (ARA) under the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), State Government of Maharashtra. The institute adheres to all the guidelines and regulations mandated by the government, which may evolve to ensure a transparent admission process.

The total intake for the course is distributed across various categories as follows:

  • Seats Admitted through the Common Admission Process (CAP) conducted by DTE - 96
  • Seats are Admitted through the Chetana College Mumbai Management quota/ Institute Level based on the inter-se merit list of the MAH-CET scores and the norms prescribed by DTE.
  • Seats Allocated Over and Above the Intake by DTE through the CAP Round:
  • Jammu and Kashmir Quota (J&K Quota) - 1
  • Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) - 12
  • Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme (TFWS) - 6

If seats remain vacant after the CAP rounds or due to cancellations, the institute will fill these seats based on the inter-se merit list of the MAH-CET scores and by the norms prescribed by DTE.
