ASMs Institute of Management & Computer Studies Admission

ASM’s Institute of Management and Computer Studies is popularly known as the IMCOST. It was established in the year 2004 and is located in Thane, Mumbai. The institute is affiliated with the University of Mumbai and is recognized by AICTE, New Delhi. ASM IMCOST educates students in the fields of management and IT. The IMCOST provides full-time courses in BMS, B.Com, MCA, and MMS. They also offer part-time courses in management specialization.

• Admission at IMCOST is based on students’ scores obtained in the entrance test and academic merit in the qualifying exam.
• Admission to the B Com or BMS at IMCOST is based on 12th academic merit.
• The candidates preferring to apply for IMCOST’s MMS course need to have scored the cut-off marks or above in MAH - MBA/ MMS- CET/CMAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA/CAT.
• The candidates have to apply through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE).
• The applicants of MCA should also apply for CAP and need to have a MAH-MCA-CET exam score.

ASM’S IMCOST, Mumbai UG Admission
The IMCOST offers  B.Com and BMS. B.Com at the UG level. It is a three years course and is available in three different subjects. The candidate must have passed the 12th examination from the Maharashtra Board of Secondary or Higher Secondary Education. In addition, students must obtain a minimum of 45% as a minimum score. Selection is purely based on merit. Eligible applicants can directly apply for institutional-level seats. An interview round takes place after getting selected in this process.

ASM’S IMCOST, Mumbai PG Admission
IMCOST PG courses are comprised of MMS and MCA. ASM IMCOST also provides a PGDM Dual Degree course. They even offer part times courses in management.  Students who have completed their UG degree in the concerned field can seek admission to the PG courses at the ASM’s IMCOST.

• Applicants seeking admission to the PGDM or MMS at the IMCOST, have to clear the entrance exams such as MAH-CET, CAT, CMAT or MAT with an eligible rank.
• For MCA admission in IMCOST, students must perform well in MAH MCA CET Examination.
• MMM selection criteria depend on interview performance. In addition, candidates must have a minimum of two years of work experience.

ASM IMCOST Application Process
ASM IMCOST application forms are available in both online and offline modes.
Online:

• Interested candidates should check the provided link and apply for registration there.
• The web pages will ask for personal information, academics information, address, work experience, etc. Candidates should fill them up.
• Documents to be uploaded:
• Class 12th leaving certificate
• 10th and 12th certificates and mark sheets
• Passport size pictures
• After filling up the above information, the payment page will appear. The candidate shall make the payment there and click on the submit button.

Offline:

• The applicant can get the application form from the institute or download it from the institute’s official website.
• The candidate should fill up the necessary details and attach the photographs and other required documents. A DD of Rs 1200 is required in favour of the present director of IMCOST.
• After completing the above processes, the form must be submitted to the respective college address via post.

Candidates can apply via CAP. ASM IMCOST application form is available on the official website of DTE, Maharashtra. They can register themselves and pay the fees via internet banking or Debit/Credit card.
