In 1997, the Appejay Institute of Technology School of Management was established under the Apeejay Education Society's sponsorship. It is a private institution that imparts quality education in the management stream. The campus locates in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh State. At present, AITSM offers PGDM and PGDITM at the Postgraduate level. AICTE approves the courses provided by AITSM. It is also an ISO Certified Institute. AITSM is affiliated with UP Technical University.

• AITSM offers a full-time PGDM program in four disciplines. The duration of the course is two years, divided into two semesters. The total intake for the PGDM is 60 students.
• The specialisations offered in PGDM at AITSM are HRM, Marketing, Finance, and International Business.
• AITSM also offers full-time PGD-ITM in a general stream (Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology and Management). The duration of the course is two years. The annual intake for PGD-ITM is 60 seats.
• Candidates with a minimum qualifying mark of 50% in UG can apply for PG admissions. Candidates belonging to the reserved category will have 5% of the concession in minimum qualifying marks.
• For PGDM or PGD-ITM admission at AITSM, candidates will be selected based on their performance in the entrance test.
• To get eligible for admissions, candidates have to sit for any standard entrance exams like CAT, XAT, MAT, or CMAT. Candidates with a valid UPCET MBA score are also eligible to apply. Priority is given to CAT or MAT qualifiers.
• AITSM offer admission to the PGDM or PGD-ITM courses based on academic marks and entrance exam score. 
• The admission authority mainly prepares the merit list to shortlist the eligible students. Shortlisted candidates will be informed later to participate in Group Discussion & Personal Interview rounds.
• Seat allocation will be done after the conclusion of GD & PI Rounds. There will be a certain weightage for the Entrance Exam, GD & PI, and Academic Examination.
• Applicants can fill out the application forms of AITSM in two ways online and offline mode. The authority notifies the important dates of the application process on its official website.
• Applicants must visit AITSM's official website to apply online. They have to fill in all the details and submit them by paying application fees. Upload the scanned image of the Entrance Exam Score Card without fail.
• For an offline process, applicants can download the form through the website. Or can obtain the prospects at the college admission office.
