SKP Engineering College is a self-funded university sponsored by a trust known as the Sri. KP Engineering Trust. The S. Kuppusaamy Memorial Educational Trust was established in 1999 with the noble goal of providing technical knowledge education to the rural masses in Tiruvannamalai and its environs. The trust has been in existence since 1999. The SKP Engineering College is accredited by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) in New Delhi and is currently associated with Anna University in Chennai. SKPEC now offers admissions to programs such as B.E, B.Tech, M.E, and MBA. Entrance scores and merit are used to determine admissions, which are then followed by state counselling.TNEA counselling is used to offer admission to BE and B.Tech programs

SKP Engineering College B.Tech Admission

SKP College offers admission in BE/B Tech undergraduate courses. The student should meet their eligibility criteria which are mentioned below:

• A valid TNEA Rank is required for admission to the B Tech program at JJCET College.
• The student should have a minimum of 50% in 10+2 to apply for B Tech admission in SKP College.
• Anna University will prepare the TNEA merit list by considering candidates scores in the 10+2 board exam
• After the declaration of results, applicants must register online for TNEA. The mode of the TNEA registration process is online.

 SKP Engineering College M.Tech Admission

• SKP College offers admission to the M Tech course in several core streams. Therefore, the candidate's graduation grade point average should be at least 50 percent.
• In addition, applicants must qualify for either the GATE or the TANCET to be admitted to the ME programme, and they must check the criteria before applying.
• Candidates who have cleared TANCET with an eligible score will be allowed to participate in the TANCET Counselling.

SKP Engineering College Application Process

Admission to the UG programs B TECH and the PG program M TECH will be conducted according to the with guidelines prescribed by Anna University. As a result, students must register for assessments and counselling sessions through the internet (TNEA or TANCET).

• Students who wish to apply for B Tech must first register with TNEA Counseling. Candidates for M Tech admission must apply for and pass the TANCET exam to be eligible for admission. There is no paper application because the entire process is done online.
• The TNEA registration cost for the general category is INR 500 (in Indian rupees). Students belonging to the reserved category are required to pay an additional charge of INR 250.
