For offline application form:

• Eligible applicants can download the SSIM application form from the official website.
• The application form should be filled out carefully and sent to the college address by post.
• The Siva Shivani Institute of Management application fee must be paid through Demand Draft. The DD should be drawn favouring "Siva Shivani Institute of Management", payable at Hyderabad or Secundrabad.
• The name and ID that the Institute will generate during registration should be mentioned behind the DD.

For the Online Application form:

• Click on the link "Online Registration."
• The SSIM application form should be filled out and submitted online along with the scanned copy of 10+2 marks sheets and a few coloured photos.
