Sinhgad Law College is a co-education institute for Legal Studies and was well established in the year 2003. This Law College is approved by the Bar Council of India and affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University. This college has been offering two bachelor-level courses along with PG courses and diploma courses. The application process is conducted offline, and the essential criteria for admission will be merit-based and entrance exams.
- Sinhgad Law College provides UG courses like BA-LLB and BSL LLB as an integrated five-year program. This college also offers LLB course. A few of the diploma level programs are PG Diploma in Taxation Laws, Labour Laws, and Labour Welfare and DTL as a part-time course in Forensic Science and Medical Jurisprudence.
- Sinhgad Law College will provide admission to BA LLB and BS LLB courses based on MHT-CET Law. This entrance test MHT-CET Law is a state-level test conducted by Maharashtra Government. The selection of the LLB course in this college will also be made based on the MHT-CET entrance exam.
- Every individual seeking for Sinhgad Law College admission for BA-LLB or BS LLB should have passed with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate at class 12th or Intermediate level examination and should have appeared for MHT-CET Law for being eligible.
- Candidates who want to take admission for the LLB course must have cleared graduation degree in any stream with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks. Candidates should have mandatorily secured good marks in MHT-CET Law followed by counseling to take admission for any of the courses.
Students who belong to a state besides Maharashtra will be under the category of open category and apply for a course in their concerned category. Once the MHT-CET Law results are declared selected, one will be called for counseling as CAP through online mode.
