The Institute is popularly known as PECT, Nellur established in 2005, which Priyadarshini Educational Society manages. The Institute has been graded A by NAAC, approved by AICTE and affiliated to JNUT, Anantpur. The College offers education under Engineering and Technology in several fields of Management, Computer application and Engg and Techno. The B. Tech course is provided with ECE, EEE, CSE, CE and ME course and EEE, CSE and ECE under the M. Tech course. Additionally, the College is also offering MBA and MCA courses under the PG course. Admissions for the B. Tech course will b through AP EAMCET and the Institute will provide M. Tech through AP PGECET, MBA / MCA will be through AP ICET.

• PCET, Nellur offers a B. Tech course for four years with an annual intake of 60 students per subject to qualifying marks.
• The Institute of PCET has five disciplines under B. Tech program for candidates with 50 % marks in 10+2 examination.
• The admission for the B. Tech course at PCET, Nellur, will be through AP EAMCET entrance exam scores conducted by AP Govt.
