The final selection of candidates is based on their academic performance, which includes marks obtained in their graduation and tenth and twelfth-grade class exams. In addition, performance in an extempore speaking contest, a psychometric test, essay writing, and an interview are all considered.

Human Resource consultants with an eye for insightful leadership and management are in high demand. Such experienced human resource professionals are necessary to meet current and developing issues associated with managing the diversified requirements of a rising human talent pool.
The course trains a cohort of HR managers with the values, perspectives, and competencies needed to be proactive change agents in today's dynamic economy. The course lasts for two years. IMI operates on a trimester basis. Each trimester stretches for 11 to 12 weeks. The academic year starts in early July. Aside from the six trimesters, students must complete a mandatory Summer Internship Program (SIP) at the end of their first year.

The selection weightage is the same as the flagship PGDM General program of the Institute. Post application, the candidates would be shortlisted based on their profile and cutoff criteria notified by the Institute. International Management Institute Delhi Executive PGDM Admission
The 18-month full-time IMI Delhi Executive MBA equivalent PGDM course covers various management topics. Furthermore, students must do a field project linked to their interests in the final semesters. The curriculum also includes courses on topics such as machine learning and artificial intelligence, design thinking, communication, IMI Delhi business analytics, and digital marketing. During the first four trimesters, the curriculum is designed to give students with residential learning experiences. It allows them to engage with their peers and experience peer learning.

International Management Institute Delhi FPM Admission
IMI, Delhi is well-known for its Fellow Program in Management. The curriculum mix includes important core courses and in-depth and research-based courses relating to the candidate's domain interest. In addition, the students pursue their choice of self-study courses along with subjects and studies on which they wish to develop their thesis. The FPM fellows are encouraged to collaborate closely with IMI instructors in their fields of interest to expand the current knowledge base of both concepts and practice in business management. Full-time and part-time students are both accepted into the program.

The applicant must fill out the FPM application form. The form should be complemented with a 1000-1500 word abstract describing the proposed study area/topic. The abstract is crucial in determining the applicant's interest in the research. In addition, the candidate may be required to take an entrance exam, such as the CAT or XAT.
The candidate may also be admitted if they possess a legitimate GMAT/GRE/XAT/NET score. The Institute could still take the IMI Delhi Entrance Exam if you haven't taken any standardized examinations.
