Eligibility Criteria/Cut-off for Admissions 2022

HKIMSR offers Postgraduate courses in the field of management studies and is affiliated with Mumbai University. Established in 2008,  HKIMSR is now ranked among one of the top leading private B-Schools in India. The MMS and PGDM Programme got approval from the AICTE and  Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra. HKIMSR is one of the progressive B-School that has been ranked in the Top 100 management schools in India for repeatedly many years.

  • Students willing to apply for PGDM or MMS admission at HKIMSR have to clear either state or national level management aptitude tests.
  • The selection of students for courses offered by the HKIMSR is made through the scores obtained in CMAT/MH-CET examination.
  • HKIMSR also accepts scores of national-level entrance exams like CAT, MAT, ATMA, XET, and JMET.
  • Students that would be shortlisted after the entrance exam will have to go through Personal interviews and group discussions.
  • The final selection will be based on entrance exam marks, PI and GD scores, academic qualification, and work experience.

Humera Khan Institute of Management Studies and Research MMS/PGDM Admission

HKIMSR provides a full-time, two years MMS and PGDM program in various specializations. Students who have completed their Bachelor’s degree from any stream with at least 50% are eligible to seek admission in HKIMSR. Selection would be based on cumulative marks of the Entrance exam, PI and GD. Students with a minimum of two years of work experience will get more preference. The total intake of students for the MMS program is 160.

The application process for admission in HKIMSR is both offline and online.

  • Candidates need to register themselves on the official website for the online application process and fill up the admission form.
  • For offline mode, candidates can download the application form and submit the hard copy, with two photocopies of required documents and a DD of Rs. 1500 drawn in favour of H. K. Institute of Management Studies & Research payable at Mumbai.
  • In another way, a candidate needs to collect the application from the institute by paying the fee of Rs. 1500 in cash and submit the filled-up form along with two photocopies of required documents.

PGDM is literally trending now because most of the candidates do choose the same course also it is almost similar to MBA and has got a great career. Humera Khan Institute Of Management Studies and Research PGDM admissions are same like MBA admissions where eligibility is same and based on counselling results candidates will be allotted for the institute later every candidate will undergo interview round through which PGDM admissions will be done. Not sure about the hostel facility however there are nearby rented rooms which are affordable and safe to stay. The placements are high like every candidate is given with so many opportunities and almost 100% placements are given.

for apply to the PGDM course I actually went to the institute directly and I also had called once for enquiring about the admission. The application fee for PGDM program was around INR 1500 which I paid while I applied for the course. The application process is conducted offline and candidates will have to submit the application directly in the college only. PGDM program admission needed eligibility of 50% marks overall in bachelor degree along with the rank in MAH-CET and CMAT. MAH-CET exam is the state level MAB exam in Maharashtra state. Group discussion is the nest admission process and last round is personal interview.
