GLA University is a top private educational institution in Uttar Pradesh. For admission to the GLA University UG Courses, candidates shall have qualified in 10+2/HSC with the required aggregate marks. Students who possess Bachelor's degree can apply for PG Admission. Apart from regular programs, there is also provision for Online Courses in GLA University. Admission is granted according to the student's performance in the entrance test and academic merit. GLA University B. Tech Admission

GLA Mathura offers admission to various disciplines under the full-time B. Tech program. Candidates must pass their class 10+2/ HSC exams from any recognized board with at least 50% marks in relevant PCM subjects. There will be a relaxation of 5% marks for students from the reserved category. Henceforth, applicants satisfy the GLA University Eligibility Criteria.

GLA University BBA Admission

The BBA in GLA University is available for those candidates who have passed their qualifying HSC/ Pre-University exams with 50% aggregate marks or above in any stream. The University provides full-time BBA programs in 3 different varieties- BBA, BBA Family Business, and BBA (Hons.). Admissions to all these programs will be made via the GLAET exam.

GLA University B. Com Admission

Candidates keen to seek admission to the B. Com programs shall apply before the GLA University application's last dates. The basic admission criteria dictate that candidates must have passed class 10+2 exams with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in any stream. Also, the University will conduct the GLAET entrance exam to shortlist students for the final admissions. A 5% relaxation in the eligibility criteria will be offered to students from reserved categories. This full-time and 3 years long program can be pursued with many specializations, such as

GLA University BCA and BA Admission

Admission to the BCA in GLA University requires securing at least 50% aggregate marks or above in HSC/ Pre-university/ Class 10+2 examinations. Although students from all the streams will be accepted, the University may prefer those who have studied Mathematics and taken the GLAET exam. This full-time program is offered for 3 years with specializations in BCA (General) and BCA (Hons.).

GLA University offers full-time BA for all eligible students who have passed their class 10+2 exam with 50% aggregate marks or above in any stream from a recognized board. Also, it is equally mandatory to take the GLA University admission test to be considered during the screening process. There will be similar marks relaxations for reserved categories, whereas the disciplines for the BA program will be as such.

GLA University B. Sc Admission

Candidates can get admitted to the prestigious B. Sc (Hons.) programs based on their valid GLAET scores. However, their scores will only be accepted if they have passed their class 10+2/ HSC/ Pre-University exams with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in any relevant stream. Students who wish to apply for GLA University B. Sc  Agriculture must have studied PCB subjects in the mainstream. While seeking admission, eligible applicants may be asked to opt for any discipline under the full-time B. Sc (Hons.) programs. Several of those disciplines are

GLA University B. Ed Admission

Aspiring educators who wish to pursue full-time and 2 years long B. Ed programs can apply if they satisfy the minimum eligibility terms. Interested candidates will be required to secure at least 50% aggregate marks in any relevant Bachelor's Degree. In contrast, the eligibility criteria for B. Tech degree graduates will be 55% aggregate marks. There is no provision for GLA University direct admission. The B.Ed admission seekers must take up the entrance test conducted by the University.  

GLA University Pharmacy Admission

GLA University has specified the eligibility criteria for admission to the B. Pharma programs, including lateral entries. It comprises passing class 10+2 examinations with at least 50% aggregate marks in relevant subjects. Also, students shall have secured 50% marks in Physics and Mathematics to secure admission to the B Pharm in GLA University. In addition, for lateral entries, applicants must secure their Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized Institute with 60% marks or above.

However, the final admission will be provided only based on the scores from the GLAET entrance exams as taken by the applicant. It will be a full-time 4 years long course with mandatory internships.

GLA University Law Admission

GLA University has been ranked among the NIRF Top 150 law institutions for its pragmatic law programs. It offers several UG and PG law programs with variable fees and course objectives. The full-time and dual degree UG law programs are BA LLB (Hons.)  and  B. Com LLB (Hons.).

For admission to the B Com LLB or BBA LLB in GLA University, candidates must score 50% aggregate marks or above in the qualifying class 10+2 examinations, followed by the GLAET entrance exam. On the other hand, the PG Law program available an LLM for a full-time 1 year. Interested candidates shall pass their LLB exams with 60% aggregate marks and take GLAET/ CLAT PG exams. There will be a 5% exemption in academic criteria for students from the reserved category.

GLA University MBA Admission

University offers MBA programs in many formats i. e. MBA (Hons.), Integrated MBA for 5 years and MBA for 2 years. Candidates shall pass the qualifying examinations of a relevant and recognized Bachelor's degree of at least 3 years with 65% aggregate marks or above to secure admission in GLA University for MBA. As stated before, there will be a 5% mark relaxation for students belonging to the reserved categories. The eligibility criteria for all the programs mentioned above will stay the same.

Furthermore, eligible candidates shall take entrance exams like GLA University MBA Entrance Exam / CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ GMAT/ NMAT. The University may also conduct personal interviews and group discussions for shortlisting candidates for further rounds. Students who hold professional work experience will have more preference during selection criteria.

GLA University MCA Admission

For admission to the full-time 2 years long MCA program, candidates must obtain at least 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying Bachelor's degree exams. Also, it will be mandatory to have a compulsory Mathematics based subject in class 10+2.

The eligible candidates who have pursued BCA programs and have taken the CLAET entrance exam will be given due preference by the University during admission.

GLA University M. Tech Admission

Candidates who wish to get acknowledged to the sought-after M. Tech programs shall obtain their Bachelor's degree examination. Likewise, graduates from the BCA program will be accepted for this course too. Though the selection criteria for M. Tech will be GLAET, students who have taken the GATE exam will be given preference.

GLA University MSc and M Pharm Admission

GLA Mathura offers M. Sc and M. Pharma at the PG level. The GLA University admission criteria have been similar for all the PG programs. Students are required to possess a bachelor's degree in the concerned discipline. 5% mandatory marks exemption for reserved category graduates. In contrast, the selection of applicants depends on their performance in GLA Entrance Test.

About GLAET

The GLA University Entrance Test, also known as GLAET, is conducted each year to shortlist the applicants for admission to UG and PG Courses. The GLA University exam pattern may vary depending on the program opted for by the student. Therefore, students must ensure the GLA University Entrance exam syllabus and the exam pattern.

The GLAET exam is held monthly in CBT mode at designated exam centers. For every correct answer, 4 marks will be awarded, and 1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer. The subjects included in the examinations will be Mathematics with 45 objective-type questions, Physics and Chemistry with 20 and 10 questions, respectively, and lastly, 15 questions to test English proficiency. Once the admission process commences, University will notify the GLA University Entrance Exam Dates.

GLA University Application Process

The mode of the GLA University admission form-filling process is online and offline. However, as admission is granted based on an entrance test, applicants must register for the entrance test as the main step.

1. Candidates shall visit the official website and download the application form. Else, they can register online for GLA Entrance Test.
2. Then, fill in the complete details required in the application form. These details may include personal contact details, educational qualifications, professional affiliations, etc.
3. Now, attach the self-attested scanned copies of the important academic and self-identity documents such as Aadhar cards, mark sheets, UG and PG certificates, photographs in JPEG/ PNG format, etc.
4. Lastly, pay the required amount of the GLA University application fee via Net Banking/ UPI/ Bank Challans, etc.
