The duly filled application form will only be accepted if it is accompanied by the following:

• Attach Passport Size Photograph: The photograph should have dimensions of 3.5 x 4.5 cm in width. If you submit your application online, ensure the scanned photograph is in jpg, gif, png, jpeg, or bmp format.
• Attach Class X, Class XII & Graduation Mark Sheets: Scan your mark sheets for Class X, Class XII, and Graduation. For online submission, the scanned mark sheets should be in jpg, gif, png, jpeg, or bmp format.
• Provide a Valid Personal Email ID and Contact Number: Provide an active and valid personal email ID and contact number. This information is essential for communication regarding your application.
• Amity CII School of Logistics Application Fees: The application fee is Rs. 1500, and you can pay it using a Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Paytm for the Noida & Kolkata Campus. However, the application fee for the Mumbai campus is waived.

No Claim for Offer Date: The mere submission of an application form does not guarantee an offer date for the selection or Admission to the program. Your Form may be rejected if there are discrepancies in the supporting documents or other valid reasons.

Please keep a Copy: Candidates should keep a copy of the Application Form for their records and reference.

Application Form Number and Password: An Application Form number and password are generated upon submission of the application form. These are printed on the first page of the application form in case you downloaded or purchased the Form. To access your Admission Microsite, go to www.amity.edu and use your form number and password. It would help if you changed the password after your first login to keep it safe and confidential.

CII School of Logistics Admission Process at Campus

The admission process at the campus involves the following steps:

• Form Processing: After confirming the receipt of your Form on your Admission Microsite, the processing of your application will normally be completed within 5 working days.
• Admission Procedure: Qualifying applicants will be informed about the Admission Procedure's date, time, and venue. This procedure may include a written test and Group Discussion and Interview. The details will be available on the Admission Microsite. Please note that you may have options for different dates, which will provide flexibility in scheduling. It is your responsibility to check the website for updates regularly. No separate communication will be sent regarding this.
• Date Selection: You can select a suitable date if you're shortlisted for the admission procedure. It's crucial to make this selection promptly, as Admission to a particular program can close once all available dates are filled.
• Multiple Programs: If you've applied for more than one program through separate forms, you must select the date for each program's admission selection process separately. You can appear for the selection process of a program only on a specific date.
• Admission Procedure Timing: Be prepared for the possibility that the admission procedure may last until late evening. Make your own travel and boarding arrangements. You can find information on how to reach the campus and details of nearby accommodations at https://amity.edu/how-to-reach.aspx.

Offer of Admission

Once the admission results are available, you will be informed through a message on your Amity Admission Microsite.

Please note that this message is for information purposes and should not be considered an official communication for selection.

• All candidates who are selected for Admission will receive an Admission Letter. This letter will be available for download on your Admission Microsite.
• The Admission Letter will include important details such as the payment of fees at the time of Admission, hostel allotment (if applicable), and the date, time, and venue for the commencement of the academic session.
• It's essential to understand that the offer of Admission is valid only for the specific program you have applied to and for the same academic session.
• Admission is granted provisionally, as outlined in the letter. If you fail to meet the specified conditions within the given time frame, the offer of Admission will automatically be cancelled.
• Furthermore, not paying the required fees by the specified date or failing to report for classes after the payment of fees will cancel your Admission.
