Shortlisted candidates will be invited to the selection process, which takes place at Aurora's Business School campus. This process consists of two stages:

  • Group Discussion (GD)
  • Personal Interviews (PI)

In the GD, the discussion will revolve around contemporary topics of relevance. The GD aims to assess the candidates' ability to engage in meaningful discourse on current issues.
