Aurora Business School stands as the exclusive institution within the Aurora group, providing a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) program approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) under the Ministry of Human Resource Development (HRD). It offers a two-year full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (Core) with specializations in Finance, Marketing, HR, Operations, and Supply Chain. Additionally, it offers PGDM programs in Rural Management and Hospital Management, both two-year full-time programs.

In addition to these, Aurora Business School also provides a 15-month PGDM (Executive) program and a three-year PGDM (Part-Time) program, catering to working executives seeking to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Aurora Business School Course Admission

Aurora B School offers admission to the PGDM, Executive PGDM and Part-Time PGDM Courses. Admissions are granted based on the entrance exam.

Aurora MBA College Eligibility:

Candidates seeking admission to the PGDM program must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in any discipline.
• Have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate from a college recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) or AICTE.
• Candidates seeking admission to the Executive PGDM or Partime PGDM must have at least 1-2 years of work experience.

The B School evaluates candidates during the admission selection process based on several qualities, including:

While the selection process considers the qualities mentioned above, there are also preferred qualities that can enhance a candidate's profile.

Selection Procedure:

Candidates who appeared for the CAT, XAT, and MAT can download and apply. Those not taking these tests can opt for Aurora's Management Aptitude Test (AMAT) to seek admission. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to the selection process, which takes place at Aurora's Business School campus. This process consists of two stages:

• Group Discussion (GD)
• Personal Interviews (PI)

Completing these stages will determine the final selection of candidates for admission into the PGDM program. The Group Discussion (GD) session will last 15 minutes during the selection process, while the Personal Interview (PI) will last approximately 10 minutes.

In the GD, the discussion will revolve around contemporary topics of relevance. The GD aims to assess the candidates' ability to engage in meaningful discourse on current issues.

Admission Process (Intake)

The typical two-year full-time PGDM program has two intakes.

June (fall) is the month of the first intake, and January (spring) is the month of the second intake. Indian nationals are given 85% of the seats in all the courses. Non-Resident Indians and Persons of Indian Origin have received the remaining 15% of seats. The three categories of the admissions procedure are as follows:

• Category A is only available to Telangana State students.
• Indian nationals outside Telangana fall under category B/ Aurora Business School Management Quota.
• International students in Category C, including Non-Resident Indians and Persons of Indian Origin.

Documents Required During Admission: When applying for admission, candidates should have the following documents ready:

• Original Transfer Certificate (TC) from the institution last attended.
• Original Degree Certificate or Provisional Certificate (if the conference has not occurred).
• Integrated marks memos of SSC (10th standard), Intermediate (12th standard), and Degree.
• Transcripts.
• Merit certificates.
• Sports/NCC and other relevant certificates (if applicable).
• 10 passport-sized photographs.
