SNAP is also known as Symbiosis National Aptitude Test which is conducted by the Symbiosis University, Pune. This offers Post graduate course to the aspiring candidates who are willing to join the programme offered by Symbiosis international University.

This is a national level entrance test. The applicants need to go through the written test and personal interview once clearing the entrance test. The University conducts the entrance in the month of December.

SNAP entrance test will be held in the December 2020 for the admission in MBA Programme for the academic year.

SNAP Exam 2020 Eligibility Criteria

The applicants interested for SNAP are advised to look into the eligibility criteria before filling up the registration form, if the criteria’s are not matching it might happen that the form will get cancelled by the exam authority.
The following are the criteria’s for the eligibility of SNAP:

  • The candidate’s should have passed graduation in any stream from recognized university or institutions.
  • The minimum marks for the general category candidate is 50% in aggregate.
  • For the reserved category the marks is reduced to 45% in aggregate (for SC/ST Category).
  • The applicant who has completed their degree from any foreign university must have the equivalent certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

SNAP Exam 2020 Application Form

  • SNAP Application form will be available online in the official website of SNAP.The application form is available from 28 August to 26 November ).
  • The application form fee can be paid through different modes like Demand Draft, Online payment Gateway(NET Banking), Cash and By credit card.
  • The following are the few steps to be followed:
  • The application form is available online. The link is given (www.snaptest.org).
  • The candidates need to click on ‘Apply Online’ and the details to be filled carefully –Like name, address, age, gender, academic qualification details etc.
  • Once the application form is filled, the candidates need to upload their scanned images of the recent photographs.

SNAP Exam 2020 and Exam Pattern

  • SNAP will have objective type questions like MCQ Pattern in the question paper.
  • There will be total of 180 questions, each question will have four options and the applicants need to choose the correct one. Each correct answer will reward 1 mark and each incorrect answer will deduct ¼ of the marks.
  • The total duration of the exam will be 2 hours (120 minutes).
  • The question paper will have four different sections like General English, Quantitative, Data Interpretation and Data Sufficiency, General Awareness and Analytical and Logical Reasoning. The candidates need to use only blue or Black point pen to answer.

SNAP Exam 2020 Admit Card

SNAP Admit card will be available online on the official website of SNAP. The following are the dates between which the candidates can download the admit card from (December 01 till Sunday, December 18). The candidates need to paste the recent passport size coloured photograph on the admit card before appearing for the test.

An authorized person from Symbiosis International University will verify and authenticate the Admit Card against the photo-id before entering the examination hall. The candidates are advised to keep the admit card safely till the admission procedure. If the admit card is lost, a duplicate card will not be issued. The candidates need to carry the id proofs like:

  • Passport
  • Driving license
  • College/Institute Identity Card
  • Credit card with photograph
  • Voter ID Card
  • Pan Card
  • AADHAR Card (UID)

  • Visit SNAP official website and navigate to admit card link.
  • Login with the provided login credentials.
  • Check the details and take the print out for further reference.

SNAP Exam 2020 Result and Score card

SNAP Result will declare on the 2nd week of January. The counseling will be done on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidates. The result will be declared on the official website of SNAP website

SNAP Exam 2020 Counseling and Admission

The admission procedure will comprises of three stages GE-PIWAT (Group Exercise, Personal Interaction and Writing Ability Test). After these stages, a final merit list will be prepared on basis of marks scored in SNAP and GE-PIWAT. Students will be informed for admission on the basis of merit list. After that, students have to report to the respective institution for their admission.

Documents required for Counseling:

  • Original and at least two attested copy of the 10th & 12th certificate and SNAP Rank card.
  • Original and photocopy of SNAP hall ticket.
  • Minimum 6 passport size photography.
  • Bank Draft as per the guidelines mentioned on SNAP prospect.
  • Community certificate signed by authorized authority (if applicable).

To get MBA admissions at SNAP University, Is it compulsory to write SNAP exam?

Yes, it is mandatory for the candidates to write SNAP Exam in order to get MBA admissions at SNAP University.
Symbiosis National Aptitude test (SNAP) is the university level examination which is held by Symbiosis University for the MBA admissions.

Candidates who qualify in SNAP exam will be further sent to the next selection rounds those are Group Exercise, Personal Interview and WAT (Written Admission Test). These rounds will be managed by the respective symbiosis institutes.

 

Where will I be able to get SNAP Result?

  • Candidates are required to visit the official website in order to check the SNAP Result.
