Courses and Fees structure-

  • B.Arch. requires 10+2 years with 50% marks with physics, chemistry and mathematics and the total fees for 5 years is around INR 1845000.
  • M.Arch. requires B.Arch. from recognized university with 50% aggregate and the fees for 2 years is INR 310000.
  • Bachelor of Design requires 10+2 or 3 years diploma from recognized board with 50% score and the fees structure is INR 720000 for 4 years.

Admission Process-

  • The candidates must clear NATA exam conducted by the Council of Architecture or JEE main paper II every year for getting admissions in the university for both B.Arch. and M.Arch.
  • For Bachelor of Design courses the student must pass the All India Manipal Entrance Test (MET) and other Departmental Test.

Placement-

  • The university works hard in providing placement opportunity to the students in their fields of interest.
  • The Placement team has both student and faculty coordinators which is looked after by the Associate Director of the college.
  • The university has links with international universities which helps in development of knowledge for both faculties and students.
  • Infosys, Acer, Quest, L&T Infotech and other firms have collaborations with the university and provided placement for the students.

Infrastructure-

  • The college has own library with huge collection of journals for conducting research and reference books for all the subjects.
  • Innovation Centre is available for the students within the campus where research activities are conducted.
  • Sports Centre named Marena is available within the campus where games like tennis, badminton, squash and soccer courts are present.

The hostel facility is present separately for both boys and girls which is well maintained and cleaned regularly to maintain the hygiene
