Bhusanayana Mukundadas Sreenivasaiah College of Engineering, also known as BMS College of Engineering, was brought into existence in 1946 in Bengaluru. The institute is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belgaum, and is accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council.

BMS College of Engineering encourages students in extracurricular activities by organizing UTSAV-Annual Techno Cultural Fest and KREEDOTSAV- State level intercollegiate sports tournament. Minimum Eligibility to apply for M Tech program is students should have qualified in bachelor’s degree B Tech with required aggregate markThethe hour duration is two years, and the total intake for M Tech is 18 students. The PG Program M Tech is approved academic autonomy under VTU, and the course curriculum mainly emphasizes practical learning.

MBA in BMCE

MBA (Master of Business Administration) department was started in 1992 at BMCE with the primary objective of imparting the finest Management Education through distinguish faculty members with the intake of 60 students earlier. Still, at present, it has been increased to 120 students. BMCE offers MBA Course in three specializations: Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, and Finance Management. It also provides value-added programs like Case-based studies and CEO series and conducts seminars and guest lectures to enhance students' managerial skills.

MCA in BMCE

MCA Department at BMCE was established in 1984 with the autonomous course curriculum for aspiring candidates in practical computer science & technology. Earlier in BMCE MCA program was actually started with 30 students, and at present, it has enhanced to 60 students. Even candidates can get admission for MCA Lateral Entry. The academic curriculum includes Mini-projects, Internships, Soft Skill training, Industry visits, etc. The MCA department collaborated with IIT Bombay & IIT Kharagpur to implement the “NMEICT” MHRD Project.

MCA Department has Hi-Tech Computer Laboratory with more than 100 Latest PCs and a Well-Stocked Library which contains 6000 Books, and even Journals are available. The department has also established ICL (Innovation Cluster Lab), which Industry experts support.

M Tech fees at BMSCE costs approximate 64,000 annually; hence for the full two years, fee expenses up to 1.2 Lakhs

BMS College MBA fees structure charges 1 Lakh for the entire two years of course duration; hence candidates must pay 50,000 each annum

Course fee for MCA at BMCE expenses up to 54,000 each year; thus, for the entire three years of duration, the price ranges up to 1.6 Lakhs

B.M.S College of Engineering Admissions

BMSCE admissions for UG & PG Courses will be granted based on the entrance exam scores. BMSCE application process is offline mode. Interested candidates must visit the college's official portal, download the application form, fill it up appropriately, and submit it to the college admission office by attaching relevant educational documents.

BMSCE Admissions for B Tech

Minimum eligibility criteria required to apply for B Tech program, Candidates should have passed in 10+2 Exam with 45% aggregate score in science stream (PCM Subjects Mandatory). There will be a 5% relaxation in aggregate marks for SC/ST/OBC Category. Selection criteria of students for admissions will be done through KCET Entrance Exam. Non-Karnataka Students must appear for COMEDK Entrance Exam to get eligible for B Tech admission in BMSCE. For B Tech Lateral Entry, students must have completed a three-year diploma course with the required 45% aggregate score, and selection will be made through the DCET Entrance Exam score.

Candidates seeking to get admission for B Tech in BMSCE Management Quota should have passed 10+2 with a minimum 60% aggregate score in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. They must have appeared in any entrance exam KCET or COMEDK.

BMSCE Admissions for M Tech

Essential Eligibility criteria to apply for the M Tech courses, candidates must have completed a bachelor’s degree in B Tech with a minimum of 50% aggregate score (45% for reservation category applicable only for Karnataka Candidates). Selection of the candidates for the admission process for M Tech will be offered based on the PGCET Score. The candidates who have secured a valid score in the GATE Entrance Exam are also eligible to take admission.

BMSCE Admissions for MBA

Students seeking to apply for the MBA program should have completed a bachelor’s degree from any recognized university with the required 50% aggregate score. Admissions for MBA at BMSCE will usually be offered based on PGCET or KMAT Score. Students who have secured valid score in CMAT or MAT Entrance Exam are also eligible to get admission.

BMSCE Admissions for MCA

Minimum Eligibility requires applying for MCA Program because candidates who have done bachelor’s degree BCA with a 50% aggregate score (Mathematics must be mandatory subjects) are eligible to apply. Selection criteria for MCA Course will be done through PGCET Entrance Exam.
