B.E. or B.Tech in Computer / Information Technology, MCA (mathematics as optional in UG)/M.Sc.(Info. Tech.)/M.Sc.(Comp.Sc.).

HCET offers MBA, in a variety of specializations. Hindusthan College of Engineering and Technology Admission requirement: 1. The candidate should’ve secured a min. of 50% or more in their bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university. The cut-off marks is different for SC,ST, OBC & SBC with a 5% relaxation. 2. The candidate should take the GMAT/CAT/XAT/CMAT or the state-level TANCET and obtain a valid score. The scores obtained in these exams will determine the selection of the candidate, followed by a personal interview with the college interview panel. The candidates should also take part in the group discussion conducted by the college prior to their selection. Those who perform well, get selected.
The institution offers UG & PG courses with numerous specialisations. I did my graduation of 4 years from this college; I did B.Tech in computer science engineering. Fees structure for courses is feasible; I completed my B.Tech with the total amount of 4.2 Lakhs. College offers scholarship to students on the basis of merit. Candidate must clear 12th with an aggregate of 45% for general and 40% marks for SC/ST with physics, chemistry and maths as the compulsory subject, to become eligible for admission. Selection for admission is entirely on the basis of score in national level entrance examination. For B.Tech students can appear for TNEA entrance exam.
