I am an MBBS third year student from CARIMS. CARIMS takes in students based on the eligibility criteria which requires the candidate to be of min. 17 years of age and should have passed their 12th in science stream from a recognized stream. CARIMS direct admissions are done based on the eligibility criteria solely. Also, CARIMS merit admissions are done based on the fulfillment of the eligibility criteria and also having secured a score that is acceptable by NEET-UG, CARIMS NEET-UG cutoff is variable. A min. of 50th percentile is considered feasible for all India counseling by the NEET.

I would like to confess that candidates who gets admission through NEET or State Level entrance exam like EAMCET for them admission fee is nominal. Chalmeda AnandRao Institute of Medical Sciences admissions are general provided on the basis of entrance exam score. Actually I got admission on the basis of NEET rank through counseling as per the cut off eligibility I got admission here. The minimum eligibility criteria to get admission for MBBS Course is candidates must be qualified in 10+2 Exam in science stream with required 50% aggregate score. CAIMS NEET Cut off Score is 470 for the General Category students.

I wanted to do MBBS but I had written both EAMCET and NEET so that I could get a better college through counseling. I got into Chalmeda Anand Rao Institute of Medical Sciences College and through EAMCET score I got through MBBS seat. The seat for MBBS course is offered through valid cutoff declared by the institute. My score was 129/160 and ranking I attained was 1551 so getting seat was not a difficult task for me. Even the MBBS course fee was quite affordable for me through this rank as I belong to the general category. Over all the college is really good for the medical studies.
